Our vessels are available in various sizes, including options for both cell culture and microbial culture systems.

Benchtop autoclavable bioreactors are available in 1, 2, 3, 5, 10 and 15 liters. Stainless steel pilot fermenters standard with 10, 20, 30, 50, 100, 200, 300 and 500 liters. We also serve for larger tons of fermenter projects.

Benchtop Bioreactor [CBR-100 series]

1L to 15L >>>

Our benchtop bioreactors are suitable for cell cultivation (mammalian or plant cells) processes, and microbial fermentation (fungi, yeast, or bacteria).

Featuring a top mechanical sealing mixer and detachable layers, our vessels are ideal for bioprocesses in different conditions. The autoclavable borosilicate glass vessels are available in 1L to 15L volumes to make process scaling simple. Also, there are some options, such as magnetic drive, customizable blades, jacketed layer vessels, etc.

CBR100 system

A complete package includes controller tower and autoclavable vessels for most applications.

Pilot Bioreactor [CBR-500 series]

10L to 500L >>>

CBR500 series are the perfect solution for all who want to scale up their fermentation / bioprocessing from research to pilot production. Standard stainless-steel bioreactors are available in working volumes from 10 to 500 L. This system is standardized with automatic SIP (sterilization in place) function and port for optional CIP (clean in place) bioreactor. It can be fully customized with professional design, a range of configuration options and construction.

CBR500 System

Provide controller tower and stainless-steel vessel with 25 - 70% working volume and top mechanical stirring motor.

Airlift Bioreactor

Ideal for culturing cells that are too sensitive to the shear stress and heat generation caused by the mechanical agitation.

CIP Station

Washing processes controlled via operation panel, consisting of a touch screen HMI.

Customization

As a manufacturer, there is no limit for us to produce larger vessels, even in tons of equipment. We know that it’s an essential step to transfer from R&D research to production of cell cultivation as well as microbial fermentation.
